Our shop, Hlm Designers And Developers, is at number 38 in the Hind Complex in Shahberi. That is in the Greater Noida West area, which is right near the Crossing Republic part of Ghaziabad. It is a fast-growing area with new flats and shops popping up every week. We have been here to help people with designing their spaces and getting things built. Whether it is a small renovation or planning out a new layout for a shop, we take it on. The complex can get quite busy, especially in the evenings. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and looking at materials. It is not always smooth sailing; sometimes deliveries are late or the weather stops work on a site, but we deal with it. We are not a massive company with a glossy brochure. Mostly, people find us because they saw some work we did for their neighbor or they just walked past our shop in the complex. We try to be straightforward about what can be done with the budget someone has. It is a lot of coordination between different workers like painters, electricians, and carpenters. We have been working in the Noida and Ghaziabad area for a while, so we know the local suppliers and how things work around here. It is busy work, but it keeps us on our toes every day and keeps things interesting.
