Hicom System Pvt. Ltd.

Hicom System Pvt. Ltd. is based at D-383 in Sector-10. It’s a modest office space that we’ve set up to suit our needs. We have a lot of cables and hardware bits scattered around on the desks because we’re always testing something or putting something together. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of decorations or anything fancy. We have a few chairs for visitors, but most of the room is taken up by workstations and storage shelves. Sector-10 is a pretty quiet area compared to some of the other sectors, which is nice when you need to concentrate. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses like ours. We all kind of do our own thing but say hello in the hallway. Our day usually starts with a lot of emails and ends with us trying to figure out why something isn’t working the way it should. It’s a lot of problem-solving and manual work. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing the work and making sure things get done right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but that’s just part of the job. We don't really do anything for show. We just focus on the technical side of things and let that speak for itself as we go about our business.
