Hi Tech.Solution

We’re up on the third floor of E-23 in Sector 15, Noida. It’s a pretty standard building for this part of the city. Hi Tech.Solution isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a few rooms where we handle whatever technical problems come across our desks. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow at times, so some of us just take the stairs to the third floor for the exercise. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We’ve got some plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water during busy weeks. Noida is always growing, and there’s always construction noise somewhere nearby. We just put our headphones on and get to work. It’s not a fancy looking place despite the name. It’s more of a workspace where things actually get done. We have a small pantry where we heat up our lunch. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. It's not always easy, and we make mistakes sometimes, but we just keep fixing things until they work. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. It’s just a regular office with regular people trying to do a good job. We like the local food stalls nearby for a quick bite during the afternoon. It’s a simple life in Sector 15 and we are okay with that.
