Our office is at A-30 in Sector 20 of Noida. This is one of the older sectors, so there are a lot more trees and it feels a bit more settled than the newer parts of the city. The building is just a standard setup where we have been operating for a while. It is a simple place, honestly. We don't have any massive signs out front, just the address. Inside, it is mostly open space with desks and some old metal cupboards for all the files we have to keep. The lighting is a bit dim in some parts, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We mostly focus on the technical stuff and keeping the records straight. It is a very quiet neighborhood for the most part, which helps when you need to concentrate. We usually go out for a walk during lunch just to get some air. The building has a small front area where a couple of bikes can be parked. It is not the kind of place that looks like a big tech firm from the outside, but it works for us. We have our daily meetings and then everyone just gets to work. There is no pretense here; it’s just a group of people putting in their hours and making sure the work is done right. It is a very practical and humble office for Hcl Technologies Ltd in this part of Noida.
