We have been here at D-94 in Sector-10 for a good while now. It’s an industrial area, so things get pretty loud during the day with all the machines running constantly. We spend most of our time just getting through the jobs that come in. Some days it is just a lot of metalwork and making sure parts fit exactly like they are supposed to. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather gets really hot and the shop floor feels like an oven. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the quirks of the old machines we use. You might find some grease on the floor or a bit of dust in the air, but that is just how an engineering shop looks. We don’t have a fancy front office or anything like that. People just drop by when they need something fixed or fabricated. Sometimes the traffic in Sector-10 is a nightmare, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home at once. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tools. It is a simple setup here, really. Just a bunch of guys working with steel and trying to get things done right. We don't spend time on fancy paperwork if we can help it. Usually, if you come by, you'll see us in the middle of a task, probably covered in a bit of oil or metal shavings from the lathe.
