H P Com is located in the Baisoya Complex, which is in Naya Bans, Sector 15. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you get into the sector. We have a small shop here where we take care of various computer and communication needs. It’s been our home for several years. The complex has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. Our shop isn't anything special to look at. We have some counters and shelves where we keep parts and devices. It gets a little dusty sometimes because of the road outside, but we try to keep it tidy enough. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because that’s not what we’re about. We’d rather just focus on fixing the hardware that people bring in. Often, we’re just sitting at the back bench with a soldering iron or a screwdriver. It’s a simple life. Most of our customers are folks from the nearby offices or students who live in the area. We know many of them by name now. If you drop by, you’ll probably see one of us drinking tea while looking at a broken motherboard. We don’t have a big marketing plan. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who needs help that day. It works for us.
