Our office is located at C 28 in Sector 23, right here in Noida. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find once you get into the sector. We’ve been operating as Gupta Engineers & Contractors for a good amount of time. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly. One day we’re looking at drawings, and the next we’re out at a site making sure the materials actually arrived. Noida has grown so much since we started, and we’ve seen the whole place change around us. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes, but that’s just part of being in this business. We handle a variety of contracting jobs. It’s not always glamorous work, and there are plenty of headaches with regulations and finding good labor. We just take it day by day. The team is small, and we mostly just talk to each other to get things sorted out. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. If there's a problem, we just fix it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just staying consistent so people keep coming back. Uttar Pradesh is a big place, but we mostly stick to what we know around here. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't mind the long hours as long as things get built right.
