We've been at Sector 18 for a while now, up here in unit 407. It's a busy part of town, usually plenty of traffic outside our window. Most days we are just sitting at our desks, looking at screens and trying to figure out whatever tech issues come across our path. It isn’t always glamorous work, honestly. Sometimes things go smooth and other days we are just scratching our heads over some code or a server that doesn't want to play nice. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of people. It’s just us here, making sure the local businesses we help stay running without too many hiccups. People often drop by without calling first, which is fine, though it gets a bit cramped if more than three people show up at once. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the hardest working thing in this office, besides maybe the old printer that makes a weird clicking noise every time it starts a job. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just show up every morning, open the laptops, and start answering the emails that piled up overnight. If you are looking for those fancy presentations with lots of charts, you won't really find that here. We just like to fix what's broken and move on to the next thing.
