Our office is over at 78-C in Dhawalgiri, which is right in Sector 11. It is a pretty standard setup for this part of Noida. We handle a lot of customer service tasks throughout the day. The building is a bit older, and you can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open. Inside, there’s always the sound of people talking on phones or typing. We started out small and just kept adding more desks as we got busier. It’s not a flashy place, just a bunch of people trying to get their work done on time. In the mornings, the chai wallah comes by and everyone takes a short break. That’s usually the loudest part of our day. We deal with all sorts of customer queries and help people solve their problems. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a lot of calls come in at once. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. Just some calendars and maybe a few personal photos on the desks. Sector 11 is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now and it feels like home. We just focus on what needs to be done each day and try to keep things moving.
