Asia Webmedia Technology is based right here in Noida. If you know the area, you know how much it’s grown with all these tech companies popping up. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect—lots of computers, tangled wires, and people staring at monitors for hours on end. We do a lot of web and technology work, which usually means a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why something isn't loading right. It's not a flashy job, but we enjoy the challenge of it. Noida can get really hot in the summer, so we’re usually pretty thankful for the air conditioning while we work. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who actually know each other’s names. We eat lunch together sometimes and complain about the traffic on the way in. The work we do is mostly behind the scenes, making sure things run smoothly online for whoever needs it. We don't spend a lot of time on marketing ourselves because we're usually too busy fixing a bug or setting up a new site. It’s a pretty simple life. We come in, do the technical stuff, and head home. There’s no big mystery to it. We just like technology and we happen to be doing it in one of the busiest parts of the NCR. It’s been a good place for us to grow over the years and we plan to stay right here in Noida.
