Our office is over at R/7, Vaquil Colony in Sector 12, Pratap Vihar. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this area is pretty lived-in. We are Cleave Global E-Services Ltd, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. It's a colony setting, so you get the usual sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or someone hawking vegetables outside. Inside, it’s just a regular office environment. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual hum of computers. We do e-services, which means a lot of screen time. It’s not a high-rise office with a view, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We don't have a big reception area or a fancy sign. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s a local vibe. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just part of working in Pratap Vihar. We aren't interested in looking like a giant corporation. We are just a group of people trying to get the work done correctly. The chai break is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We know the shopkeepers around the corner. It’s a practical place to work. Nothing is too shiny, but everything functions well enough for us to keep going every day. The walk from the main road is short but can be dusty during the summer months. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our tasks.
