We are located at number 5, right by the Old RTO on Gautam Bhud Marg. Gomti Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is the name of our company. The building is an older one, you can tell by the high ceilings and the thick walls. It stays relatively cool inside even when the pavement outside is scorching. Gautam Bhud Marg is a busy stretch, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve got a lot of crates stacked up in the back area. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing in because the street is so narrow. We have to go out and help guide them in. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. There’s a clock on the wall that’s always five minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it. We handle a lot of beverage distribution, so the phones are always busy. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving on schedule. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just try to get the work done and go home at a decent hour. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We’re more like a small family than a big corporation. It's a steady life. The tea vendor comes around twice a day, and that’s when we all take a quick break together. It keeps us going during the long afternoons.
