Cafe Coffee Day

We are located at C-1, in Flat No-311. This is Sector-55 in Noida, which is a pretty residential area. Most people think of Cafe Coffee Day as being in big malls, but this spot is a bit more tucked away. Being in U.P-201301, we get a lot of locals who live in the nearby apartments. The shop isn't massive. We have the usual espresso machine that hisses all day and the smell of roasted beans is everywhere. Sometimes the milk frother acts up and we have to fix it on the fly. We have some tables that are a bit wobbly, so we put folded napkins under the legs to level them out. It’s a quiet place to sit mostly, except when the school nearby lets out and a bunch of kids come in for cold drinks. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and checking the fridge temperatures. The lighting is a bit dim in the corners, which people seem to like if they are working on their laptops. We don't have any big flashy signs, just the one on the door. It’s a steady rhythm of grinding beans, steaming milk, and ringing up orders. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know how the regulars like their coffee. It’s just a normal neighborhood cafe where we try to keep the coffee hot and the seats clean for everyone.
