Gm(Opn)

This is the office for Gm(Opn), located at 408 Shantikunj in Sector 61, Noida. It’s a straightforward operations hub in E-16. We’ve been based in Noida for quite some time now, and Sector 61 is a pretty good spot for us. It’s mostly about managing the daily tasks and making sure the operational side of things doesn't hit any snags. The office itself is quite plain, just the way we like it. We have desks for the team and a small area where we can sit down and figure out the week's schedule. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a glossy magazine, but it’s functional and gets the job done. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets or coordinating with people out in the field. Noida can get really hot in the summer, so we’re grateful for the cooling we have inside. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors, but we’re always busy with something. The people working here are locals who know the shortcuts around Sector 61 and where to get the best lunch nearby. It’s a tight-knit group and we just focus on keeping everything moving smoothly. We don’t use a lot of fancy titles or complicated procedures. We just talk to each other and get the work finished before the end of the day. It is a simple setup that keeps everything on track for the whole operations team.
