Global Infocare

Our place is at C-49 in Sector 10, right in the middle of a busy block. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with computers and a lot of tangled cables under the desks. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and answering phones that never seem to stop ringing. The office isn't anything special to look at. The paint is peeling a bit near the window and the chairs are starting to squeak when you sit down. We mostly deal with people who are having trouble with their systems or need some help getting things sorted out online. It can get pretty frustrating when the internet goes slow or a server decides to act up right before we want to go home. We usually have a pile of old keyboards and monitors in the corner that we keep meaning to clear out but never do. Most of us have been working here at Global Infocare long enough that we don’t even notice the hum of the cooling fans anymore. It’s just part of the background. Sometimes we order food from the place downstairs and eat right at our desks while we work through the lunch hour. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We just try to handle whatever comes our way each day without making too much of a fuss about it.
