If you head over to Sector 4 in Noida, you’ll find us at B-22. Fsl Software Technologies Ltd. has been here for a while. Sector 4 isn't as flashy as some of the newer sectors, but we like it that way. It’s practical and easy to get to. Our office is a straightforward space. We don’t have any bean bags or ping pong tables. It’s just desks, computers, and people working. We deal with software, mostly the kind that helps businesses manage their records and stuff like that. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve got a small canteen area where we swap stories about the commute or the weekend. We aren't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just expect everyone to do their part and help out when a client has a problem. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, like anyone else in the area, but we manage. The building is a bit plain, but it's sturdy and it serves its purpose. We don't spend much on advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us so far. We just keep showing up and doing what we do best, which is writing code and fixing systems.
