Fresh & Honest Cafe Ltd

Down here on Tajpur Road in Badarpur, it’s always moving. Our place is at number 10, right on the main stretch. It gets a lot of noise from the trucks and the bikes going past all day. We’ve been running this cafe for a bit now. It’s not one of those big shiny places you see in the malls. It’s more of a practical spot for people who are around the area. Inside, it’s just the usual tables and chairs. We try to keep it clean, though the dust from the road is a constant fight. People come in when they need a break from the sun or just a quick drink. It’s a mix of workers, locals, and people just passing through Badarpur. We don’t have any fancy music playing. Mostly you just hear the sounds from the street and people talking. We started out just wanting a place where we could work for ourselves. It’s been a lot of long hours, honestly. Some days are slow, others we can barely keep up with the orders. We don't spend money on marketing or anything like that. If someone likes the place, they come back. That’s the way we like to do things. It's just a regular cafe on a busy road. Nothing more to it. We stay open pretty late to catch the evening crowd coming home.
