Fcs Software Solutions Ltd. is located at H.No. 1595 in Sector 29. This is right in Arun Vihar, which is a nice, established part of Noida. Our office is basically a house that has been converted into a workspace, so it has a very different feel than those big glass towers you see elsewhere. There are trees outside the windows and you can hear the birds in the morning. We have several rooms filled with desks and computers where we work on different software projects. It is a very quiet neighborhood, which helps us focus on what we are doing. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the house number to find us. Most of the staff have been here for years and we all know each other’s families and stories. We drink a lot of chai and coffee during the day to keep ourselves going. There isn't any polished marketing team here. We are just a bunch of people who are good at software and want to work in a comfortable environment. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow for moving equipment, but we make it work. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have a few whiteboards covered in notes and diagrams. It is a very practical way to run a business, and it seems to suit us just fine here in Sector 29.
