Fcs Software Solutions Ltd has its roots spread across both New Delhi and Noida. Most of our days are spent jumping between these two busy hubs. If you've ever done the commute across the border during rush hour, you know exactly what we deal with every morning. We are basically a group of people who enjoy working on software and finding ways to make things run a bit smoother. Our office setup is pretty standard for a tech company in this region. We have rows of desks and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. It’s not a shiny glass tower like you see in the movies, just a regular workplace where people code and talk. We’ve been in the Noida area for quite a while, seeing it grow from almost nothing into this massive tech center. The New Delhi side of things keeps us grounded in the city's old energy. We don't have a long list of fancy corporate values on the wall. We just show up, do the programming, and try to finish our projects on time. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very practical environment. We have a mix of young people and some older heads who have seen the industry change over the years. We’re just a regular bunch of folks working in the NCR, trying to keep up with the latest tech.
