We are set up in the Metro Apartments in Sector 71, Noida. Being in an apartment building means our office feels a bit different than the big tech parks nearby. We have computers set up in what used to be living rooms and bedrooms. It makes for a bit of a cramped space when everyone is here, but we are used to it. Cables are running along the floor, and we have to be careful not to trip over them. It’s a 12 D, A 5 address if you’re looking for the door. We don't have a receptionist at a front desk. You just knock and one of us will let you in. The kitchen area is where we keep the kettle for tea, and that’s usually where we gather to talk about things that aren't work. Noida 201301 is a big area, but this little corner is ours. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to find bugs in code. Sometimes it gets frustrating, and we all just take a walk downstairs to get some air. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. People wear what they want. It’s just a group of people who know a lot about software working together in a regular apartment. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby, just a lot of hard work happening behind a normal-looking door. Most of us commute from other parts of Noida or Delhi, so we are always talking about the metro or the traffic.
