We spend our days writing code and fixing software bugs. It’s a lot of screen time and drinking coffee. The building is a standard office block in Uttar Pradesh. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but it’s where we get things done. We have a mix of younger programmers and some older folks who have been around since the company started. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets flaky, which is just part of working here, but we have backups for that. We don't have a big PR team writing stories about us. We are just a group of people who are good with computers. We work on various projects, some big and some small. When we aren't typing away, we’re usually in a small room debating how to solve a technical problem. It’s pretty straightforward work even if the code itself is complicated. We don’t pretend to be something we’re not. We are just a software shop in Noida trying to build things that work for the people who use them. Our office has seen a lot of long nights, but that's just the nature of the software business. We just keep our heads down and keep typing.
