Fashion Point

Fashion Point is located at number 9 in the New Sunehri Market, right near Delta Book Stationers. Sector 27 is always buzzing, and this market is no exception. You can usually hear the sound of people haggling or the delivery trucks unloading things nearby. Being next to a book shop is nice because it’s a different kind of crowd coming through. I’ve spent many years here at Fashion Point, and I’ve seen the market change a lot since I first started. The shop is narrow, so we have to be careful about how we arrange everything. We have shelves on both sides, filled with all kinds of garments and fabrics. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once, but we manage. I spend a lot of my time checking the seams and making sure the zippers work right. It’s tedious work, but it has to be done before anything goes out. The floor is made of old stone, and it stays cool even when it’s very hot outside. I usually keep the door propped open with a heavy brick to let some fresh air in. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that; we just rely on people walking by. Sometimes I sit on a stool out front for a few minutes just to watch the people in New Sunehri Market go about their day. It’s a busy life, but it’s our life. We’re just here doing what we know how to do.
