Fashion Call

We are located in Sector-50, which is where we’ve been running Fashion Call for some time now. It’s not a huge boutique with bright lights and mannequins in the window. It’s more of a regular workspace where we handle all kinds of clothing and fashion orders. Most of our day is spent looking at different materials and trying to figure out what will work for a particular project. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with threads and needles and bits of paper lying everywhere. We don’t really mind the clutter because it means we’re actually working. We have a few chairs for people to sit on if they come by, but they're usually covered in fabric or rolls of cloth. Sector-50 is a quiet enough area for the most part, which helps us focus when we have a lot to do. We aren't a big name or part of some national chain. It’s just us and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. Sometimes we stay late to finish a piece that needs to go out, and other days we close up early if there isn't much to do. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff they teach you in school. We just know how to sew and we like being our own bosses. It’s a simple way to make a living and pay the bills. People find us because they live nearby or their friends told them about us. We’re just a small part of the neighborhood, doing our work every single day.
