Eresource Technologies

Eresource Technologies is located in Sector-22, Noida. Our office is J-104. It is a standard building in a busy part of the city. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We do technology work, mostly sitting in front of screens all day. The office is not very big, but it has everything we need to get through the day. We have a small area for breaks, though most of us just eat at our desks while we chat. It is a bit of a plain place, but it keeps us focused on what we are doing. The street outside J-104 can get quite crowded with people and cars, especially during the rush hour. We do not have any big fancy signs or a lobby with a security guard. You just come to the door and knock. It feels more like a local workshop than a big tech company. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. We do not have many meetings that could have been emails. We just talk to each other across the room. The air conditioning is a bit old and makes a humming sound, but it works fine when it is hot outside. We just keep working away on our projects and try to keep things organized as best as we can. It is a very normal place to work. Sometimes the internet goes out for a minute and we all just wait around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our daily work and go home.
