Dynamic Technosoft

Dynamic Technosoft is over at A-83 in Pandav Nagar. It’s a residential-ish area, so it feels a bit more like a community here. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and we knew our way around software. We don't have a fancy lobby or a guy in a suit at the door. You just come to the address and we are probably inside working on a project. Our office is a bit cluttered with manuals and spare parts. We do a lot of development work, which basically means we sit in front of screens for eight hours a day. Sometimes longer if we are trying to meet a deadline. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We wear what’s comfortable and talk like normal people. If someone asks us a question, we give them a straight answer. It’s a small operation, so every project matters to us. We’ve had some tough days where nothing seems to go right, but we usually figure it out by the end of the week. Pandav Nagar has been a good home for the business. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screens. We just keep things simple and try to do a decent job for anyone who walks through the door. It isn't about being the biggest company, just about doing work we can stand behind at the end of the day.
