Dook

Dook is located up in No. 201 at Om Complex. If you know where the Nirulas is, we’re right across from that, directly opposite Nirulas, and actually it is exactly opposite Nirulas. It’s a busy area and finding parking can be a real pain sometimes. Inside the office, it’s mostly desks and computers. We deal with travel arrangements, mostly focusing on places that aren't the usual tourist spots. It started out as a small idea and grew into this office here. We spend our mornings replying to emails and talking to partners in different time zones. It gets confusing with the clocks sometimes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where work happens. We have some maps on the walls and plenty of coffee cups lying around. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s a small team of us who actually know what’s going on with each booking. Sometimes things go wrong with flights or hotels, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That’s just the nature of the business. We try to stay organized, but with so many details, it’s a constant job. Being opposite Nirulas is nice because we can grab a quick lunch. Most of our clients just message us online, but the physical office is where the actual coordinating gets done every single day. We've been in this complex for a while and the neighbors know us by now. It's just a regular workplace doing its thing.
