We are located on the second floor of 32/12 in Pant Nagar, Jangpura. It’s a bit of an older part of New Delhi, so the streets are narrow and it can be tricky to find a parking spot if you’re driving. The office is part of the Essel Group, but here in this specific branch, it feels more like a local operation. Being on the second floor means we get a decent view of the street below, which is always full of people and vendors. We handle things for Dish TV here, so there’s a lot of coordination and technical talk going on throughout the day. The space is a bit lived-in, with old posters on the walls and stacks of equipment in the corners. It’s not a shiny corporate showroom; it’s a workspace for people who actually do the heavy lifting. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re like a small family. We know the tea seller downstairs by name, and he knows exactly how we like our drinks. It gets busy during the afternoons, but we manage. There is no fancy lobby to greet you, just a door and some people working hard at their desks. It’s a very practical setup that works for us. We've been in Jangpura for so long it feels like home now.
