Dhaani Creations

Dhaani Creations is based in Sector 64. If you know this sector, you know it’s mostly industrial and commercial buildings. We have a space here where we handle all our production. It’s a straightforward operation. We get the fabric in, we cut it according to the patterns, and then we sew it all together. There isn't much more to it than that. The building we are in is quite plain, and we haven't done much to decorate it. We figure the work we do is more important than how the walls look. Sector 64 can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the numbering. We are usually here from early morning until late in the evening. There’s always something that needs finishing or a mistake that needs fixing. We don't use any fancy software or high-tech gadgets; it’s mostly just old-fashioned sewing machines and a lot of thread. It gets noisy when all the machines are running at once, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are doing business with others in the same building. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work done on time. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going.
