Dev Associates

We’re located at Atta Dharmapal Awana Market in Sector 27. Most people just call it the local market. Dev Associates is a small operation, really. We’ve been sitting in this same office for quite a few years now. The market is always crowded, especially in the evenings, so it’s a lively place to work. We mostly deal with things related to property and legal paperwork, the kind of stuff that usually gives people a headache. We aren’t trying to be a huge corporation with branches everywhere. We like it right here. The walls of our office could probably tell a lot of stories if they could talk. We’ve helped neighbors with their lease agreements and helped newcomers find their first flat in the area. It’s honest work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, but we get by. We don’t use those big fancy words that you see in advertisements. We just speak plain English and tell people the situation as it is. If a deal is good, we say so. If there’s a problem with a property, we mention that too. Sector 27 is a good spot because it’s central. People can find us easily enough if they know the market. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk ready to have a chat about what you need for your local property paperwork.
