Descon India

Descon India is located at B-143 in Sector 55, Noida. Our office is quite close to the Indian Oil Corporation Flats, which is the main landmark people use to find us. We’ve been operating out of this Sector 55 building for quite some time now. It’s a decent-sized space where we do all our planning and design work. We don't really have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s just a group of us who know how to put buildings together on paper. The atmosphere is usually pretty quiet, except for when we are debating over a specific layout or a structural issue. Sector 55 is a nice, established part of Noida, and we like being here because it’s easy for our clients to reach us. We do a lot of work for local residential projects and some commercial stuff too. When you come into the office, you’ll see plenty of blueprints and folders piled up. We aren't very big on decoration; we prefer to keep the focus on the actual work. Every project that comes through these doors gets treated with the same level of attention, whether it’s a small renovation or something larger. We try to be as clear as possible with people about what can and cannot be done. It’s a no-nonsense approach to architecture and design. We just show up every day, do the drawings, and help people get their projects moving.
