We are Decode Cubes Tech Solutions Private Limited, located way up on the 20th floor of Block-Mavenue Gc 14 in Gaur City. The flat number is 210105. Being that high up in Greater Noida means we see a lot of the sky, which is nice when the weather is actually clear. Our work is all about tech solutions, so there is a lot of logical thinking and problem solving going on in these rooms. It can get a bit intense when we are trying to decode a particularly tricky issue, hence the name I guess. The elevators in Gaur City are usually busy, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing; we just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens in front of us. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel with various gadgets and chargers lying around everywhere. We have a small kitchen area where we mostly just make tea or heat up our tiffins. It’s a practical space for practical work. Most of us have been working in tech for a while, so we know our way around a server or a piece of software. We don't make big promises, we just look at the task and try to find a way to make it work. It is a solid place to work and the community in Gaur City is pretty active, so there’s always people moving about downstairs. Usually, we are some of the last people to turn off the lights on our floor.
