Our setup for Culture Clothing India (P) Ltd. is located in Beta I of Greater Noida, specifically at A 383. Being out here in the Gautam Budh Nagar district means we have a bit more space than some of the crowded spots in the main city. It's a fairly straightforward place where we handle the business side of things along with the actual clothing work. Most mornings start with checking the mail and seeing what needs to be dispatched. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our machines and our stock. We have some local workers who come in daily, and we've all become quite a tight-knit group over the months. Greater Noida can be a bit quiet compared to Delhi, but that works for us because we can focus on getting the measurements and the stitching right. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phones and make sure the orders are packed correctly. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we usually use that time to organize the shelves. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice to make sure there are no mistakes. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes, making sure we stay on top of the schedule and get the garments out the door.
