You can find us at B-5, Sector-81 in Noida. Manas Jena is the one who keeps things moving here at Connect International Pvt.Ltd. Noida is always under construction it seems, and Sector-81 is no different with all the new stuff going up around us. Our space is functional and mostly filled with desks and a few meeting areas that aren't very fancy. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights; we just have our name on the door like everyone else. The team here is pretty small, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We usually start the day with a bit of a mess on our desks that we try to clear up by noon. It doesn't always happen, though. We deal with a lot of international stuff, so sometimes the hours are a bit strange because of the time zones. You might find someone here late at night or very early in the morning. We don't really have a dress code, so most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. The canteen nearby is where we spend most of our breaks, talking about anything but work. We don't feel the need to use a lot of corporate jargon or make ourselves sound bigger than we are. We just stay focused on the connections we make and the work we handle. It’s a busy life, but it suits us just fine.
