Conceptia Software Technologies in Noida. The address is E-308 A, Sector 27. Noida is a different vibe than Kanpur, more planned out I guess. We’re in a spot that’s easy enough to find. The office has plenty of desks and the usual software equipment. We spend a lot of time on the computer, as you’d expect for a tech place. Sector 27 has a lot going on, so there’s always a place to grab a quick bite nearby. We aren't really into the big corporate culture thing. We’re just a group of people who know how to work with software. Some days are busier than others, especially when we’re trying to wrap up a big part of a project. We keep things pretty informal. You might see someone working in their slippers or with a big mug of tea on their desk. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas you see in magazines, just good chairs and solid desks. Being in U.P. but so close to Delhi makes it a busy location. We’ve been in this building for a while now and it suits us fine. The power goes out sometimes, but the backup kicks in and we keep on going. It’s just the daily grind of software life here in Noida. We try to keep it simple and just focus on the code we are writing. It is what it is.
