Our office is over at F-802 in the Indian Oil Apartments, right in Sector 62 of Noida. It’s a big residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. Compunnel Software Group has been operating from here for a while. It’s just a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. You have to go up the lift and walk down the hall to find us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled cables. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so there might be some dust on the shelves and a few empty water bottles lying around. We aren't a corporate machine; we’re just a bunch of people who know how to handle the work. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending fancy memos. In the afternoons, the sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. There is a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch boxes. It smells like spices and home-cooked food around noon. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a to-do list that never seems to get shorter. That’s just the way it goes when you’re a local business in UP. We focus on getting things done, and if the printer jams, we just fix it ourselves and keep moving. It is simple and honest.
