You can find our office at D-714 in Ram Vihar, Sector 30, Noida. Even though the name sounds a bit technical, we are really just a group of people who care about how work gets organized. We have been in Noida for a long time, back when there were more empty plots than buildings. Our workspace is pretty lived-in. We have desks that don't match and a lot of old coffee mugs lying around. We focus a lot on the steps and processes of what we do. It is about making sure things are done the same way every time so that nothing falls through the cracks. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate vibe. We prefer to just put our heads down and get through the checklist. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector and we just wait it out, chatting about whatever is on the news. It is a small team here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Noida. We just want to do a decent job for the people who work with us. Ram Vihar is a quiet enough area, which helps when you need to concentrate on detailed work. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the latest ways of doing things without making a big deal out of it.
