Civtech Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is based at A-45 in Sector 04 of Gautam Budh Nagar. If you know Noida, you know that Sector 4 is a mix of all sorts of businesses and offices. Our place is pretty straightforward. It’s an office where we handle civil engineering consulting. We have stacks of reports and technical manuals all over the place. The walls are mostly plain, and we don't have any of those motivational posters you see in big companies. We just show up and get to work on whatever project is currently on the desk. Sometimes that means looking at soil reports, and other times it’s checking on drainage or road specs. It’s a lot of technical work that requires focus, so it can get pretty quiet in here during the afternoons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done right. Outside, the street is usually lined with cars, and there’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go to clear our heads. We’ve been in this sector for a bit now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. But inside the office, things stay mostly the same—just us, our calculators, and a lot of paperwork to get through. It’s not the most exciting job every day, but it’s what we do and we take it seriously. We usually close up around six and head back into the Noida traffic.
