City Fashion

If you’re looking for City Fashion, we’re in the Shri Amar Complex. It’s right across from the Shipra Hotel on Dadri Road in Sector 27. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the cars and bikes constantly moving along the main road. The hotel across the street brings in a lot of travelers, so we see many unfamiliar faces passing by our window. Shri Amar Complex has a lot of different businesses inside, but we’ve been in this particular unit for quite some time now. The shop itself, City Fashion, is where I spend most of my waking hours. It’s got a tiled floor that’s seen better days and racks that are slightly bowed from the weight of all the clothes we keep. I like the atmosphere here because you never know who is going to walk through the door next. One minute it’s a student looking for something simple, and the next it’s someone going to a fancy dinner at the hotel. I keep a small radio on the shelf, usually playing some local news or some old music. It fills the space when it’s quiet. We have a small fitting area in the back behind a curtain. It’s nothing special, just a mirror and a stool. Living and working in Sector 27 has its ups and downs, but mostly it’s just about keeping the shop running. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we aren't. That's just how we like it here.
