Our office for Citixsys Technologies Pvt Ltd is located at A 59 in Sector 40, Noida. We are pretty close to the Golf Course, which is a nice landmark to have nearby even if we don't spend time there. The 201301 area is where we have set up our daily operations. It is a decent-sized building and we have made it our own over the years. The inside is what you would expect from a tech-focused company. There are a lot of desks pushed together and servers hum in the background most of the time. We aren't very big on formalities here. You’ll mostly see people in jeans and t-shirts working through their task lists. We have a small pantry area where we gather for lunch, which is usually the loudest part of the day. The rest of the time, it is pretty quiet as everyone is locked into their work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make things look perfect for visitors. The place looks like people actually work in it, with cluttered desks and whiteboards covered in scribbles. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to stay on top of our deadlines. It is a simple, hardworking environment in a good part of Noida. We have been here long enough that the local shops know our faces. It is just where we do what we do every day.
