Cartel

The Cartel office is located at Rc637 in Vandana Enclave, which is over in Noida. It is a bit of a trek for me to get here, but the area is decent enough. We are tucked away in a spot that feels more like a house than a big company building. I think that makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed than those glass towers you see in other parts of Uttar Pradesh. At Rc637, we have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other without getting up. We do a lot of different things here, mostly involving coordination and making sure our clients in India are getting what they need. There is always a stack of files that needs sorting, and the printer usually jams at least once a day. The neighborhood of Vandana Enclave is pretty standard for Noida, with narrow streets and lots of local shops nearby. We don't have a dedicated cafeteria, so we usually just eat at our desks or go out to one of the small places down the road. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment with suits and ties. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with the tasks we have. The power goes out sometimes, and we just wait for the backup to kick in while we chat. It is a simple way to work, and we like the local feel of the office.
