Cafe Coffee Day

This Cafe Coffee Day is at number 128 in Sector 37. It’s a pretty simple cafe where people come to sit for a bit. We have a few tables and some chairs, and the coffee machine is pretty much going from the moment we open until we close up at night. Most of our work is just taking orders and trying to keep the place looking decent. It isn't a huge space, so when it gets crowded, it can feel a bit tight in here. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices and some students who stay for hours with their books. We don't really have any big stories to tell or any fancy philosophy about coffee. We just make the drinks the way we were taught and try to be quick about it. Sometimes the grinder makes a lot of noise or the milk delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out. Sector 37 is a noisy area with a lot of cars, so people like coming in here for the air conditioning. We spend a lot of time wiping down tables and emptying the trash bins. It is a very repetitive job, honestly. We don't have any big corporate goals that we talk about. We just show up for our shifts, brew the coffee, and hope the day goes by smoothly. It is just a normal part of the neighborhood for the local crowd.
