We are over here at Plot No 5 in Block 36 of Ashok Nagar. It’s a bit of a busy spot because we are so close to Shipra Mall. Usually, the morning starts with us unlocking the shutters and checking what needs to get done for the day. Tilak Nagar has changed quite a bit since we first started out. You can hear the cars and bikes constantly going past. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. The office is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. We handle a lot of apparel work here at C T A Apparels, which means there are often boxes stacked up near the entrance or people moving fabrics around. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular workspace with desks and chairs and the smell of tea in the air. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we all know each other's routines. We don't really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us because we’ve been in this part of Ashok Nagar for years. It’s just how things work in this neighborhood. When the sun starts to go down, we usually finish up the last few tasks and head home. The traffic near the mall gets really bad around seven, so we try to time it right. It’s just a normal day for us.
