We are located at 140, Sector 29, in the Ganga Shopping Complex. It’s on the ground floor, so you don’t have to go hunting for us up any stairs. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar, things are always moving fast. The shopping complex is a busy place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their errands. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. The office is small and filled with files from years of work. We mostly deal with property around this sector and the nearby areas. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk with people who walk in while they’re out shopping. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us answering the phone and showing people around different flats or shops. Sometimes the market gets so crowded it’s hard to find a parking spot, but that’s just the downside of being in such a popular location. We know most of the other shop owners around here, so there’s always someone to chat with during a tea break. We just try to keep things straightforward for anyone looking to buy or rent. No big promises, just showing what’s actually there in the building. It’s a simple life, keeping track of who’s moving in and who’s moving out of the neighborhood. The overhead light in the back office flickers sometimes, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. We're usually too busy with the paperwork.
