Birlasoft

Birlasoft is situated at A 96 in Sector 26, Noida. This part of Noida is quite established, and we’ve made our home in this particular building. It’s a functional space, meant for working rather than showing off. We have a solid setup inside with enough room for everyone to have their own corner. Sector 26 is a decent area with plenty of trees and a bit more breathing room than the newer sectors. The building at A 96 has a bit of age to it, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We don’t go in for those modern office trends like bean bags or game rooms. We prefer just having a good desk and a reliable internet connection. Most days are pretty quiet, with everyone focused on their screens. We have our small rituals, like the mid-morning tea break where we catch up on news. It’s a very human atmosphere. People here care about their work, but they also care about going home to their families. We try to keep a balance. Being in Noida means we are close to everything we need, from supply shops to places to eat. We’ve become a part of the local landscape over time. There’s no need for big speeches about what we do. We just let the work speak for itself from our desks here at A 96. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the work week.
