Bips, Noida

We are based out of a house in Noida, specifically H. No. K-53. We are up on the second floor, which means a few flights of stairs every morning. It's a typical Noida neighborhood setup, where you have houses that also serve as small offices. Being in the K block, it's relatively easy to find once you get into the right lane. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though mostly it’s just the tops of trees and other houses. The space isn’t very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the rooms. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which is actually quite nice for the atmosphere. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just come up and knock. Noida gets incredibly hot in the peak of summer, so the AC is usually struggling to keep up with the heat coming off the roof. We spend most of our time here just focusing on the work at hand. There’s a small balcony where someone might step out for a minute, but mostly we are inside. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, except for the occasional delivery bike or the local vegetable seller calling out on the street below. It’s a decent place to work from without the madness of a huge commercial complex. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep things running.
