Bim Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Garhi Chaukhandi, over in Sector 68. We are located in the Yadav Market area on the main road, not far from the Sinex Group building. This area of Noida is very industrial, with lots of factories and workshops all around us. Our facility is a mix of a small office and a larger workshop floor where the actual engineering work happens. It’s often quite noisy with the sound of metal being worked and machines running throughout the day. We have a group of technicians and laborers who have been working with us for a while now, and they know the equipment well. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, technical drawings, and stacks of invoices. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls; mostly just safety posters and calendars from our suppliers. The traffic on the main road outside can be pretty bad during shift changes, so we try to time our logistics around those hours to avoid getting stuck. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on getting the parts right. We don't spend money on marketing or a glossy image. Most of our work comes from being in this specific industrial cluster where everyone knows each other. We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor and just try to keep the machines running smoothly. It's tough work but it's our daily life.
