Bharatiya Shishir Mandir

Our school is right on the main road in Noida Sector 12. It’s a very busy spot, and you can always hear the traffic passing by the main building. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a long time. People around here know us as a regular, local school where things are kept simple. We don’t have those massive glass facades or high-tech lobbies you see in the newer parts of Noida. Instead, we have solid walls and a layout that everyone is used to. The staff here is mostly people who live in or around Sector 12 or 22. We walk to work or take the local rickshaws. During the day, the school is full of activity, especially in the corridors between classes. We spend our time checking on students, making sure the registers are updated, and keeping the grounds as tidy as possible given the dust from the main road. It’s an honest way to make a living, working with the kids from the community. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just teach the subjects and look after the kids until the bell rings at the end of the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the water pump acts up, but we just handle it and move on. It is a very normal, local school experience for everyone involved. We are just here on the main road, doing what we have always done for years.
