Bhagwati International Ltd. Greater Noida

We are out in Greater Noida at A- 27- B in Sector- 16. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space here. The building is a large block, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just work. We deal with international orders, but we still feel like a small outfit at heart. The office is just a few desks pushed together. We don't have a fancy lobby. Most of the time, the floor is busy with people packing boxes. We have a lot of space for storage, which helps. Sector 16 is an industrial area, so it’s mostly trucks and warehouses around us. It gets very quiet at night. We don't do much talking; we just focus on the shipments. My lunch is usually a tiffin I bring from home. We don't have a canteen. There’s a small tea stall down the road where we go for breaks. We started this place because we wanted to do things our own way. No corporate rules or long emails. We just get the orders and send them out. It’s practical. Some days are stressful when the deadlines are close, but we manage. We’ve been in this sector for a while and we know the rhythms of the place. We don't use fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed most to get the day done.
