We are based over at C - 21 in Lohiya Nagar, right here in Ghaziabad. Most people around here know the area pretty well, and we have been operating out of this same spot for a while now. It is just a regular office building where we get our daily work done. Barclays Shared Services Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy glass tower place; it is more of a functional space where the team shows up every morning to handle the tasks on our desks. There is usually a bit of noise from the street outside, but we don't mind it much. If you are walking around Lohiya Nagar, you have probably passed our door without thinking twice about it. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers, nothing too crazy or over the top. It gets a bit busy during the middle of the day when everyone is in, but we manage just fine. We focus on keeping things moving and staying on top of the schedule. Dealing with the paperwork and digital stuff is what we do day in and day out. Sometimes the internet acts up or the chai delivery is late, but that is just how life is in Ghaziabad. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just work here at C - 21 and try to stay organized. It is a straightforward setup for a group of people just trying to do a decent job every day.
