Exl Services Pvt.Ltd. is based out of H.No.69A in Block-C of Rajatvihar, which is right in Sector 62, Noida. It's more of a residential-style building turned into a workspace. If you’re coming from the main road, you have to navigate through some of the smaller lanes in Rajatvihar to find us. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes, especially when everyone is in at the same time. We mostly deal with service-related tasks and backend work here. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone's business because the walls are a bit thin. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is pretty much the lifeblood of the office. The furniture is a bit mismatched, gathered over the years as we needed more desks. Sector 62 is a hub for these kinds of offices, so there’s always people walking around and plenty of places to grab a quick snack. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Just a simple door and a lot of hard work going on behind it. The power goes out occasionally, but the backup kicks in eventually. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears suits here; it’s mostly just jeans and shirts while we crunch through the daily workload. We just try to keep things moving and get the reports filed on time every day. It's not a flashy lifestyle, but it keeps us all busy and we get along okay.
